Shipping policy

At Molly Wood Garden Design, we ship your package to you as soon as possible, but it may not be the same day that you order it. In general, please add 2-3 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a delay in shipping your item, it will either be noted in the description or a team member will reach out to you. 

If you need to change an item in your order, please contact us.  If the item has not left our facility, we are happy to make a change for you.

We ship our items from Costa Mesa, CA, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and use either USPS or UPS. Our standard shipping rates will vary on package weight, your location, and time of year. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in eight (5) to fourteen (7) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays).

We also offer in store/ curbside pickup for our local customers. Please select pick up and check out and wait until you receive a pickup notification to your inbox that your item is ready.

You should receive a confirmation email of your purchase shortly after the order is placed. If you don't see that email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important, because if you haven't received an order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking details.

At this time, we ship within the contiguous US to all 48 states and do not expedite shipping.
